1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Custom Products

Emagin4Prints specializes in custom apparel and branded merchandise made to your specifications.

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, including:

Spelling
Grammar
Colors
Placement
Sizing
Design details

Once artwork has been approved and production begins, changes cannot be made.

Emagin4Prints is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.

4. Customer-Supplied Artwork

By submitting artwork, logos, trademarks, or other materials, you represent that you own the rights to use them or have obtained all necessary permissions.

You agree to indemnify and hold Emagin4Prints harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked materials.

Emagin4Prints reserves the right to refuse any order that may infringe on intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

Pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an error is discovered after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. Payments

Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

7. Production & Shipping

Production typically requires 5–10 business days after payment and artwork approval.

Shipping times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled because materials and labor have already been committed to your project.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom products are generally non-returnable unless there is a verified production error, defect, or shipping damage.

10. Product Colors

We make every effort to display product colors accurately.

However, colors may vary slightly due to:

Computer monitors
Mobile device screens
Garment materials
Manufacturing variations

Minor color differences do not qualify as defects.

11. Garment Availability

Occasionally, certain garments or colors may become unavailable from our suppliers.

If this occurs, we will contact you with comparable replacement options or issue a refund if a suitable substitute cannot be provided.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emagin4Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
